If you don’t have a photo ID, you can get a free voter ID at any Driver Licensing Regional Office.
To be eligible to receive a free voter photo ID, you must be eligible to vote, must be registered to vote or register to vote upon issuance, not possess another state-issued credential from Kentucky or another jurisdiction, and you must provide a birth certificate, social security card, and proof of residency.
